Chapter Professional Development Officers (PDOs) are instrumental in a member's path to AICP certification. The PDO Exchange at NPC24 allows staff and PDOs to work together to improve the member experience as they go through One Path to AICP. Ideas will be shared and attendees will discuss process improvements. The group will also discuss CM, exam prep materials, exam audits and much more.
