Shannon Spurlock, MNM, is a Senior Researcher of Public Policy and Practice Uptake at the Pacific Institute where she focuses on water reuse, stormwater management, and the inclusion of multiple benefits in the planning and outcomes of water resource development projects. She works alongside utility, governmental, and nongovernmental partners to provide research and analysis to create the enabling conditions for systems-based change. It brings her great joy to unite stakeholders around a shared vision and advance policy and programs that reflect commuity values and priorities.
