Jeffrey Goodman, AICP, is an urban planner focusing on the regulation of short-term rentals and the captain of Krewe D'Ensité, a Mardi Gras parading krewe in New Orleans. As a consultant, he has spoken at the APA's National Planning Conference, worked with cities and counties across the nation on the impact of short-term rentals, and written for Planning Magazine on both STR regulation and the removal of public monuments. As a krewe captain, he wears a beret.
