Elizabeth Boyd, AICP, is one of three co-leads for the City of Sacramento's Neighborhood Development Action Team (NDAT). She has a Masters of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied equitable development. As the NDAT planning co-lead, she advocates for inclusive processes and policies and collaborates with a wide variety of community partners, fellow City staff, and other agencies to direct investment towards historically underserved neighborhoods.
