Dr. Shoshanah Inwood is a rural sociologist and associate professor at Ohio State University. Her USDA and CDC funded projects focus on community and economic development through food and agriculture. As the Wayne County, OH USDA funded Pathways to Prosperity project lead Inwood works with the local government, private sector, and conventional, alternative, and Amish farmers to facilitate a vision and plans for food and agriculture in the county. At OSU she directs the Northeast Ohio Agriculture Innovation Center for value-added agriculture, and co-directs the OSU Center for Community and Working Landscapes (https://u.osu.edu/ccwl).
