Jared Draper, AICP is Toole Design's Raleigh Office Director. He is a Senior Transportation Planner with experience partnering with communities to develop context-specific multimodal solutions. His people-focused approach has resulted in the creation of safer mobility facilities, specifically for more vulnerable users such as pedestrians, people bicycling, and transit users, that enable comfortable trips for people of all ages and abilities. Jared has worked with clients striving to transform their communities with innovative solutions that provide tangible mobility benefits for local residents and visitors. He has led all aspects of multimodal planning projects including data analysis, fieldwork, public outreach, stakeholder engagement, policy development, and concept design. Jared is adept at crafting tailored recommendations that cast vision and include creativity while balancing local values with technical analysis to result in innovative and implementable solutions.
