Tara Lambeth is the Director of Planning and Zoning for St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, and is a Certified Planner and Floodplain Manager. Tara received a Master of Science in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute, and a PhD in Urban Studies from the University of New Orleans. Prior to her work with St. John the Baptist Parish, Tara served as the Assistant Director of Planning and Zoning for Terrebonne Parish, and as the Assistant Director of the Center for Hazards Assessment, Response and Technology at the University of New Orleans.
