Brian Millar, AICP, is the founder and President of Land Logistics. Started in 2005 and based in Davis, CA, Land Logistics provides Planning, project management and staffing services to public Planning agencies, as well as support, due diligence and permitting services to the development community. Mr. Millar has over 30 years of Planning experience, including in previous roles as Principal of Pacific Municipal Consultants, and as Director of Development and Engineering Services for the City of Tracy. He holds a MS from Oregon State University, and BA from Humboldt State University.
