Kevin Tilbury, AICP is a Multimodal Mobility Practice Builder at Kimley-Horn in Nashville, TN. His 25+ year career has focused on multimodal transportation and land use planning with an emphasis on scenario planning. He has led regional scenario planning and visioning efforts in a diverse mix of places including Southeast Florida, Houston, TX, Central Arkansas and Charlottesville, VA. Most recently, he led scenario planning efforts for Advance Knox, the Comprehensive Transportation and Land Use Plan for Knox County, TN and for the NY Avenue Vision and Framework Plan in Washington, DC, which prepares an historically industrial neighborhood to fundamentally transform into a mixed use place.
