Jess Lynch is Program Director for the Alliance for Health Equity at Illinois Public Health Institute (IPHI). Jess’ work focuses on advancing health equity and social justice. She has worked on a range of topics including food systems and policy, housing and community development initiatives, labor rights for domestic workers, healthcare system reform, and climate change adaptation. In her current role, Jess works with healthcare providers, public health, and community based organizations across Chicago and Cook County. Jess has worked in public health and community development in Illinois, California, and El Salvador. Jess holds a Master in City Planning and Master in Public Health from UC Berkeley.
