I am Ruchira Gaur, a Senior Urban Designer at Van Meter Williams Pollack (VMWP). I am a LEED AP, BD+C and a Certified Passive House Designer. With a strong background in Architecture, my work focuses on community building, sustainability, and responsible growth. I have led several major urban design projects for VMWP including the San José Citywide Standards and Guidelines which won the Statewide APA Award for Urban Design.
