Anna Quiñones, E.I., AICP is a Project Manager at the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA). She has been with THEA for nearly 7 years and, as Project Manager, she has played a pivotal role in four Project Development & Environment (PD&E) studies evaluating some of the most populated areas of Tampa. Anna has managed multiple projects focusing on safety, enhancing mobility, implementing community green space designs, art activations, and ultimately designing the roadway of the future with ITS and connected vehicle infrastructure and innovations. Her work is essential to implementing transportation solutions that plan for Tampa's future congestion and growth while prioritizing pedestrian and driver safety.
