Jacob Graff

Regional President
Cordia
MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota

Jacob Graff currently serves as the Regional President for Cordia in the North Region. He has ascended through the ranks since joining Cordia in 2018 as a Production Manager, showcasing his leadership and expertise. Previously, he worked at Xcel Energy, progressing from an Engineering Intern to a Principal Engineer.
In his current role, Jacob oversees sales and operations for Cordia's Energy Center Minneapolis, which has served the city for over 50 years. He manages complex systems catering to diverse industries, from sports stadiums to healthcare and governmental buildings.
Jacob is committed to community service and shaping policies that advance sustainable energy practices by actively participating on boards like the Minneapolis Downtown Council and the City of Minneapolis’s Climate Equity Plan Energy subcommittee. Additionally, Jacob coaches youth sports.
Jacob holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota since 2016.
