Menaka Mohan

Saint Paul, MN

Menaka Mohan, Consultant with Platform CRE, has more than 10 years of experience in the fields of urban planning, public health and real estate development. She has experience advancing social justice, environmental sustainability, and community resilience in communities with clients in the public, nonprofit, and private sector experience.

Menaka has a Masters degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Menaka worked as a Planner for the City of Saint Paul, City of Oakland, and the City of San Francisco. While at the City of Saint Paul she was the lead planner on the Ford Site ( Highland Bridge). She led the development of a 122-acres mixed use site. She led the project through complicated land use and environmental review processes, infrastructure phasing, and the public private partnership between the City and the developer. Menaka was also the Director of Operations at NEOO Partners, a real estate development and urban planning firm.
