Andrew Boucher, AICP

Aaron Chirpich is the Community Development Director/Assistant City Manager for the City of Columbia Heights. Aaron manages the planning, zoning, building inspections, and economic development functions for the City. Aaron also serves as the deputy director of the Columbia Heights Economic Development Authority. Aaron has worked in public sector planning and development for 17 years and holds a master’s degree in public administration.

Andrew Boucher is the City Planner for the City of Columbia Heights. Andrew is responsible for professional work in the management and administration of a variety of activities relating to planning, zoning, and housing as well as navigating the intersection where planning and economic development meet to create a holistic approach that achieves the redevelopment priorities of the City. Andrew is AICP credentialed and has been a municipal planner for six years.
