Charles (Chuck) Lutz, President, Shenandoah Consulting Group
Chuck has a long history of managing complex real estate projects for the City of Minneapolis. He was the lead City project manager for U.S. Bank Stadium (a $1 billion project) and the Downtown East redevelopment (a $600 million project). Other major projects he undertook in his career include the transformation of a former Sears store in south Minneapolis into Midtown Exchange and Global Market, development of Target Center, in the City's warehouse district, and redevelopment of the City's historic theaters on Hennepin Avenue in the entertainment district. Chuck retired from the City in 2019 and is currently works as a consultant to the City of Minneapolis and the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority.
