Caroline Cunningham, AICP, CFM, ABCP is a Vice President with Dewberry's Resilience Solution Group. She is a hazard mitigation and climate resilience expert who has supported 250+ clients nationwide to advance community resilience through hazard mitigation and climate adaptation plans, grant support, policy, multi-hazard risk assessment, and engagement support. She is a certified floodplain manager, professional planner, and charrette facilitator and leverages her unique background to engage broad array of stakeholders. Caroline thrives on bringing ingenuity to the most challenging resilience issues, as well as devising pathways to advance ideas into risk reduction action. She is currently serving as Treasurer for the National Hazard Mitigation Association and is a FEMA-authorized hazard mitigation trainer, further exemplifying her knowledge in the field.
