Thomas Johnson-Kaiser is the Public Engagement Manger for MnDOT's Communications and Public Engagement office. In this role, Thomas helps provide tools, resources and training to MnDOT public engagement practioners and consultants who conduct public engagement on MnDOT's behalf. Prior to joining the Communiacations and Public Engagement Office in February 2024, Thomas was an Engagement and Project Manager for MnDOT's Connected and Automated Vehicles Office where he lead CAV research, demonstration, and communications projects and helped manage the Governor's Advisory Council on Connected and Automated Vehicles.
