Christina Morrison is a Principal Project Coordinator for Metro Transit. Christina has a degree in Geography and Urban Studies from Macalester College, and has worked on transit policy and projects for 19 years. Formerly a Saint Paul city planner, she collaborated on intensive planning around the METRO Green Line light rail project, including streetscape design, station area planning, parking management, bicycle and pedestrian systems, and construction mitigation. Christina then served as the METRO Orange Line project manager for Metro Transit, taking the project from scoping through environmental work, and into design and construction. She now works on the planning, design, and construction of bus and rail facilities, including leading the renovation of the Blue Line's Lake Street/Midtown Station. As a transit rider, Christina brings an affinity for functional design and people-focused projects.
