Lori Pace

Multicultural Strategist

Lori Pace is a Keynote speaker and Multicultural Strategist. She is the Architect of the experiential learning Diversity Difference Training Programs. Lori builds multicultural momentum and mindset through a multigenerational lens. She curates a paradigm shift addressing blind spots to the bottom line. Lori uses personal experiences as a successful black businesswoman and business case studies to yield results.

Lori is a member of the National Speaker Association, serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Speakers Association, and works with professional meeting planners. She delivers an uplifting, energetic, and entertaining Keynote to many audiences in different industries and communities as a way to build a connection with the people that she helps. Her strategic partnerships with other organizations, Leaders, professional speakers, and consultants ensure she can efficiently help her clients and provide referrals for their different needs to be successful in all areas of their operations.

Lori uses a glass full approach Keynote address as an introduction to audiences about profitable business/professional standards, social/environmental justice opportunities, women empowerment, and education curriculum/career development. In phase two, she engages in partnership with clients that are rooted in growing their revenue and reciprocity by "Paying It Forward". Lori transitions from a Keynote to implementing change through transformational experiences using the Diversity Difference Tool Kit, Mastermind Programs, Workshops, Executive Coaching, and Cultural Destination Retreats.

Lori is known for orchestrating meaningful cross-cultural collaborations of Businesses, Non-profit Organizations, Associations, and Institutions.

Her diverse experiences in speaking to audiences as an award-winning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion expert, TedX Speaker, Trainer, and Strategic Consultant are coupled with her background in Business, Philanthropy, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate, and Philanthropy. Lori helps teams perform at their best and reflect the global workplace and changing communities.

Lori's clients are both in the public and private sectors that value international opportunities to grow as an organization as well as economic development. Her clients range from hospitality government entities, corporations, Real Estate Brokerages/Developers to Colleges and Universities and charitable organizations. She is a proud advocate for incorporating philanthropy which benefits all cultures, underserved and underrepresented communities new industries as the driver for growth and innovation.
