Multicultural Strategist
Lori Pace is a Keynote speaker and Multicultural Strategist. She is the Architect of the experiential learning Diversity Difference Training Programs. Lori builds multicultural momentum and mindset through a multigenerational lens. She curates a paradigm shift addressing blind spots to the bottom line. Lori is a member of the National Speaker Association, serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Speakers Association, and works with professional meeting planners. Lori transitions from a Keynote to implementing change through transformational experiences using the Diversity Difference Tool Kit, Mastermind Programs, Workshops, Executive Coaching, and Cultural Destination Retreats.
Lori is known for orchestrating meaningful cross-cultural collaborations of Businesses, Non-profit Organizations, Associations, and Institutions.
Her diverse experiences in speaking to audiences as an award-winning Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion expert, TedX Speaker, Trainer, and Strategic Consultant are coupled with her background in Business, Philanthropy, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate, and Philanthropy. Lori helps teams perform at their best and reflect the global workplace and changing communities.
Lori's clients are both in the public and private sectors that value international opportunities to grow as an organization as well as economic development.
