Kerri Snyder is a principal transportation planner with ICF and has 20 years of experience focused on navigating federal and state environmental review processes for transportation and development projects, including interstate improvements, interchange projects, and transit/rail projects as well as planning for transportation systems management and operations to optimize multimodal performance. She is the project manager for the independent evaluation of the Federal Transit Administration’s Integrated Mobility Innovation and Accelerating Innovative Mobility Demonstration programs. In addition to serving as an independent evaluator, she leads a team of staff to develop logic models, evaluation plans, plan and conduct site visits, and write evaluation summary reports to document the successes and lessons learned of individual projects as well as synthesize cross cutting recommendations for replicating and scaling effective projects.
