Revee Needham, AICP

Saint Paul, MN

Revee Needham, AICP, is the Community Development Manager for the City of Hopkins, MN. In this role, she is responsible for supporting a variety of city initiatives including affordable housing policies, grant administration, business outreach, public art, and more. She has experience in Main Street programming, historic preservation, and current planning gained from working in other small Minnesota cities. She is an active volunteer with APA and serves as Co-Chair of the Women in Planning Committee for the Minnesota chapter. Revee received her Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Studies and Geography from Colgate University and Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. She is credentialed as LEED Green Associate from the US Green Building Council and is certified through the American Institute of Certified Planners.
