Sarah R. Davis, AICP (she/they)

A champion of emerging innovative land uses, Sarah R. Davis, AICP has spent two decades leading the charge for integrating technology and sustainability into our urban, suburban, and rural fabrics. Founder and CEO of S.R.D. Consulting (SRDC), Sarah leverages their experience in the renewable energy, battery energy storage system (BESS), and electric vehicle (EV) sectors to advance the decarbonization of our energy and transportation systems.

Sarah previously served as Tesla’s Market Lead for EV Infrastructure, deploying 500+ charging connectors nationwide. Sarah worked as the Senior Project Planner for juwi solar, where they led the entitlement effort for 250MW+ utility-scale solar projects. Sarah also supported the Waratah Super Battery, the largest BESS in the world.

Sarah is a twice graduate from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) holding a master’s of Urban and Regional Planning and a bachelor’s in Public and Urban Affairs. She previously served as an advisor to the Department of Energy funded Solar@Scale initiative, founded the Micromobility Subgroup of the Colorado Electric Vehicle Coalition, served as VP of Communications, PDO, and co-founded the Emerging Planning Professionals for the Colorado Chapter of APA. Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and Planning Institute of Australia (PIA).
