Carrie Desmond, PE is the Manager of Electric Bus Infrastructure at Metro Transit in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota. She was the agency project manager for Metro Transit's first Zero Emission Bus Transition Plan published in February 2022 and now leads the interdepartmental group working to implement the plan. Her areas of expertise include program management, emerging technologies, and infrastructure.
