Andrew Ladd joined Upstream Thinking as a partner to solve cross-functional & cross-organizational challenges with a keen sense of empathy for consumer needs. He brings over 15 years of UX/CX research and strategy to Upstream's client engagements in community and digital media projects.
Andrew's formative experience as a research leader came as the at Tribune Publishing, where he was elevated to Vice President during his tenure and oversight of research and consumer marketing functions for the company's portfolio of brands. In his role at Tribune, Andrew conducted the company’s foundational digital audience research, which included path to purchase, value proposition, customer segmentation, persona development, and myriad of product innovation efforts.
Based in Chicago, Andrew currently serves as a Board Member of the Chicago Public Library Foundation and has taught as an adjunct in the Communications department at DePaul University.
