Caroline Dwyer, AICP is an experienced land use and transportation planner bringing over eight years of diverse public and private experience. Caroline has a strong track record of leading high-functioning teams, cultivating relationships with stakeholders and decision makers, and successfully executing complex projects. She brings extensive theoretical and practical experience in all aspects of integrated, sustainable, and resilient urban planning and has a special interest in supporting efficient, useful, and equitable public transportation. Caroline is also the Chair of APA's Women & Planning Division, a role she has performed since 2023. Prior to her election as Chair, Caroline was the Women & Planning Division's Director of Communications for four years. When she's not planning, Caroline can be found reading, knitting, or tap dancing.
