Domonique Griffin is a community development professional, proud Buffalo native, and the Founder & Principal of LifeSpring Consulting, LLC. With a Master of Urban Planning degree from The University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning, Griffin has dedicated her career to helping companies leverage finance and analytics to promote equitable development and improved health outcomes in marginalized communities. She's a firm believer in the power of grassroots activism and has conducted extensive research on black community activism in Buffalo,NY and beyond. Her published work includes her contributions to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (UN FAO) report: Local government planning for community food systems — Opportunity, innovation and equity in low-and middle-income countries (2021).
