Mitchel Loring (he/him/his)

Project Administrator for Planning and Policy

Mitchel Loring is the Project Administrator for Planning and Policy in the Environmnet and Planning division at the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation, he has been at NYC Parks since 2016. He oversees greenway planning for the agency in close coordination with interagency partners, and also manages an array of other open space infrastructure and policy projects. Mitchel received his Master of Regional and Community Planning degree from the College of Architecture, Planning and Design at Kansas State University.
