This panel will discuss how the Metropolitan Council which serves as the regional government for the Twin Cities area, uses a data driven approach and the provision of technical assistance to work with local communities such as St. Louis Park, MN and Hopkins, MN to create solutions for climate resilience. In this panel, participants will learn how these communities take regional tools and policies and leverage them to work at scale for their own needs. In doing this, a feedback loop is created which also continues to improve and adapt policies and tools provided by the RGO.
