Emma Brown is a Senior City Planner for the City of Saint Paul's Department of Planning & Economic Development. She is on the Long-Range Planning team, where she focuses on revisions to the City's zoning code, land use planning, and transportation planning. Emma holds a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota.
