Jing Zhang, AICP

Jing Zhang, AICP, is a pianist, planner, and full-stack web developer. With APA, Jing has served as the Chair of the APA International Division and co-chairs the Japan and U.S. Collaboration Interest Group. Additionally, he takes on the responsibility of chairing the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Task Force of the APA's Divisions Council. Outside of APA, Jing contributes his expertise as a member of the Committee on Public Engagement & Communications of the Transportation Research Board and as a member of the Advisory Committee on Transportation Equity of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
