Mr. Quentin Cummings is the Climate Analytics and Services Lead at the Federal Emergency Management Agency and a supervisory physical scientist. He is a former Resilience Fellow, has served multiple roles within the National Response Coordination Center, and has twice been awarded the FEMA Administrator's Award, one for Exemplary Emergency Manager and the other for Innovation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners through the American Planning Association, a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional, and a Certified Floodplain Manager. External to FEMA he serves as a planning commissioner for Annapolis, Maryland.
