Christine Caggiano, AICP/PP is an urban planner and capability-building lead for Resilience Action Partners, FEMA’s Community Engagement and Risk Communication (CERC) Provider. In this role, she manages the community engagement and partnerships contract support to FEMA's Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Direct Technical Assistance Program. In her career, she has helped hundreds of communities build their local mitigation strategies. She was the lead contract support to update the State, Local, and Tribal Mitigation Planning Policies. A proud Penn alum and Philadelphian, Christine enjoys exploring places on foot, nature bathing, and talking about disaster resilience.
