Joe Bernard, AICP, is a Planning Project Manager for the City of Minneapolis where he has contributed to land use planning, transportation planning, development regulation, project management, and community engagement efforts since 2006. He served as co-project manager for Minneapolis 2040 – and most recently worked with the Code Development team to rewrite the City's zoning ordinance. Joe holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
